Trenain Farm - Once Called Downathan Farm
- Downathan Farm - The Cornwall Historic Environment Records confirm that archaeologists have previously investigated the site, identifying medieval round houses along the top of the field and an ancient marshland tucked between the farm and the golf course. This area—once known as Downathan, is part of a medieval landscape and while the farm is now gone and the house renamed Trenain, the name Downathan still lives on written on the telegraph poles on the property(as of May 2026)
